As previously promised, this is our bi-weekly update on the continuing situation regarding our hotel facilities, convention dates, and form DisCon III will be taking. If you are unsure what we are referring to, please read our initial update here: https://discon3.org/news/
We are working with our legal counsel to move closer to a resolution, with a hearing expected to happen in April. We hope to provide you more concrete information as the process progresses.
Our next update on this situation is scheduled for March 28th. Should the situation change, we will, of course, update you sooner.
